Reusable items
Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged follow the following criteria:
Faulty items damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
Items received with the wrong product/color.
For return requests, please contact our customer service (aftersales@dreame.tech) for arrangement. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping fees (including customs and taxes if applicable) for return. We will not be held responsible for any losses in transit. We recommend that you ship by registered mail and keep the proof of shipment.
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason during the shipping process, you must wait until you receive the package in hand before making a return request. Because cross-border shipping involves complicated procedures, national and international customs clearances, and local and international carriers and agencies.
